OCCUPIED REFURBISHMENT
Although in most cases refurbishments are carried out within
an empty space in preparation for either a new tenant or
owner. Many fit outs or refurbishments are carried out within
offices in daily use.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
How do we manage these projects to ensure smooth and seamless
operation for all?
· Meetings with design teams
· Meetings with clients
· Agree what percentage of works should be completed
out of normal working hours and what percentage within.
· Find swing space and assist in temporary relocation
· Consideration to health and safety issues
· Prepare to be flexible and use competent staff
who have worked in this environment
· Ensure adequate back up provided to prevent unforeseeable
problem
