This was a high quality refurbishment project for Union
Bancaire comprising of a complete refurbishment of the directors
suite on the 4th floor and the traders dealers floor together
with various upgrades throughout the rest of the building.
The dealing floor was particularly difficult as all works
had to be completed out of hours and left totally operable
for each trading day starting early most mornings.
