This was a full internal and external refurbishment of a 6 storey office building located in the heart of Soho. Externally the works consisted of re-roofing, brickwork repairs and clean, new aluminium sash windows, specialist canopy and stonework surround to the main entrance and decoration. Internally the works comprised new electrical distribution, fire alarm, skirting trunking, LG3 lighting system, 2 pipe VRV heating and cooling system, decoration and flooring throughout. The works also comprised the installation of new toilet accommodation to all floors and a complete fit out to the ground floor main reception.

This was a prestigious internal and external refurbishment of a grade 2 listed building located in the City of London. The works comprised a full external overhaul, clean and redecoration with extensive works to the interior consisting of shaped MF ceilings, new lighting, floor busbar power system, raised flooring, new toilets, decorations, toilets upgrade, lift replacement and flooring throughout. The existing marble staircase was retained and we installed recessed non slip marble nosing to all treads with a full polish of the whole stairs on completion. This led down to a high quality non manned reception with veneered walls and high quality specialist floor finishes.
