This was a full internal and external
refurbishment of a 6 storey office building located in
the heart of Soho. Externally the works consisted of re-roofing,
brickwork repairs and clean, new aluminium sash windows,
specialist canopy and stonework surround to the main entrance
and decoration. Internally the works comprised new electrical
distribution, fire alarm, skirting trunking, LG3 lighting
system, 2 pipe VRV heating and cooling system, decoration
and flooring throughout. The works also comprised the
installation of new toilet accommodation to all floors
and a complete fit out to the ground floor main reception.
