We have successfully been refurbishing the complete estate
over a period of the last 3 years comprising a full external
upgrade of long lasting paint finishes as formulated for
us by Akzo Nobel together with new electrically operated
roller shutter doors, protection bollards, new security
doors and fencing. To the interiors we have prepared the
warehouse areas with new lighting, decorations and an industrial
long lasting paint finish. The offices have been brought
up to a high standard with new ceilings, recessed lighting,
skirting trunking system, decorations and carpets throughout.
We commenced 3 years ago with the partial rebuild of a burnt
out building and have more or less been on site since.
