This
project started out as a basic warehouse overhaul for the
landlord Dawnay Day which resulted in the tenant Lance Owen
requiring us to refurbish a third of the building into a
full car service and MOT station. The landlord’s works
comprised changing the complete fascia of the building using
Kingspan cladding which transformed the building from 1960’s
to modern day. We also installed roller shutter doors, overhauled
the roof and tarmaced the car park. For Lance Owen we installed
a mezzanine and fitted out the ground and 1st floors to
a Cat A standard inclusive of new offices, toilets, rest
rooms, and a reception area. We also provided heating to
the workshop and prepared and painted the floor to a high
industrial finish.
